NoCoasters is an innovative jazz trio comprised of three top-call San Francisco Bay Area musicians: Lee Bloom (piano), Brandon Essex (bass) and Carrie Jahde (drums). They take on original compositions, jazz, Latin, New Orleans, pop and even country standards and reinvent them in ever changing ways. Their approach is highly improvisational, playful, and communicative.

The Kurt Ribak Group: Kurt says what he’s trying for in his music is “Charles Mingus meets The Meters. They go to Duke Ellington’s house to jam, and Cachao and Thelonious Monk sit in.” Kurt's albums feature his own compositions, which are original yet accessible.

The Sky Unit is a multi directional ensemble with bassist Chris Trinidad, drummer Carrie Jahde and saxophonist Francis Wong. Their two-fold mission is to incubate new improvised music repertoire and excavate lesser known work from creative and jazz music lineages. The Sky Unit frequently collaborates with guest artists as a means to bring to the performance space a range of influences and lived experience in the music-making.
